Arthroscopy of the ankle

The ankle's joint may be explored using a small camera (arthroscopy of the ankle) to identify potentials problems of the joint's surface (arthrosis, osteochondritis dissecans, osteophytes, meniscoid lesions) which are generally caused by ankle trauma and sprains.

We can clean the articular debris that cause inflammation with small fine instruments, like tweezers, burrs, and suction.
